Note: Version 0.4 of this mod has not yet been tested by me. Some of the information in this readme might therefore be outdated and list features that are not included.

Description
===========
This mod combines the Almalexia casting animations with Dirnae's running animations and fixes the notorious errors that were usually accompanied with them. It also enables the player to see the casting animations in first person.

Details
=======
This mod is a derivative work of Dirnae's animations that were subsequently updated by Hrnchamd who fixed the very fast footstep sounds and very fast creatures and NPCs. Dirnae's mod includes new walking, running, and one handed weapon animations. Such as running with a weapon, slash, thrust, and chop. It also includes the Almalexia on-self, touch and on-target animations that were made available by thugqwerty.

What I did was fixing the animation errors that could disable certain creatures'and NPCs' abilty to move by removing toe and tail references in the animation files that are usually only to be found in beast races. I also combined Dirnae's animations with the casting animations and made the casting animations visible in first person mode. I did this by replacing the first person animations with the third person animations similar to what DarkNut's '1st Person Enhanced' mod does (minus being able to see the player character's chest).

Installation
============
You do not need anything other than this download. The mod can be installed by simply copying and pasting the Meshes folder in your "Morrowind\Data Files\" directory (I recommend Wrye Mash for easy intall/uninstall). Naturally, you can also install it via Nexus Mod Manager.

Copy the content into your Morrowind/Data Files folder so that the Meshes folder merges with the already existing Meshes folder.

Uninstallation
==============
Delete the following files:
Morrowind\Data Files\Meshes\xBase_Anim.kf
Morrowind\Data Files\Meshes\xbase_anim_female.kf
Morrowind\Data Files\Meshes\xbase_animKnA.nif

Compatibility
=============
DarkNut's '1st Person Enhanced' is not exactly conflicting with this mod, provided that this mod overrides all of DarkNut's files. You will not see the player character's chest in first person, though, when you override Darknut's files.

Important: If you are using the Morrowind Code Patch (MCP), disable the improved animation support.

History
=======
0.40: Greatness7 added Dirnae's Beast Animations, Djok's Sneak Animations, and Djok's Female Walk animations and also made it compatible with LizTail's AnimKit.
0.32: Fixed an issue where the female's first camera was bobbing up and down. Removed new female walk forward animation.
0.31: Fixed error messages that crept back in in the last version (hopefully).
0.30: Removed third person animations from first person. Also fixed the finger that was sticking out in hand-to-hand (really this time).
0.21: Corrected issue where the fingers would stick out in first person hand-to-hand mode.
0.20b: Replaced the incorrect animations of the complete package with the correct ones. One-handed casting should now also work in third person.
0.20: Made animations visible in first person.
0.19: Added casting animations.
0.18: Removed tail and toe blocks that caused errors.
